Tasting Notes:

Allendale is a traditional amber coloured session beer. It has a strong flavour but has a low alcohol content. The spicy aroma is due to Golding and Fuggles hops and English Target also makes it bitter.

Product Description

Allendale Brew Co. was started in February 2006, this is the first commercial brewing company in Allendale since the closure of the original Allendale Brewery, which was finished as a brewery in 1887. The company is brewing on a new 10 barrel plant with current capacity of 720 Gallons per week. The Brewery is located in the former site of Ridley' Haulage Yard on the picturesque River East Allen, where beer can be enjoyed in popular pub , The Golden Lion.
