Tasting Notes:

A Porter style dark beer at 4%. Hints of coffee and chocolate with an oak aged aroma. The sister brew to Golden Plover, taking over from Curlew's return for the later part of the year.

Product Description

Allendale Brewing Company is based in Allendale, South West Northumberland. We brewed our first batch of beer on St. Valentine's Day, 14th of February 2006. This is the first commercial brewing of beer in Allendale since the closure of the original Allendale Brewery, which finished as a brewery in 1887.
