Tasting Notes:

A golden coloured, hoppy, American style pale ale. Centennial and Cascade hops from North West America provide firm bitterness and a defining citrus and pine aroma. The flavour of the pale and light crystal malts provide a hint of sweetness to balance the citrusy, grapefruit flavours of the hops.

A beer to drink with spicy oriental cuisine or try it with a strong English Stilton.....

Product Description

Saltaire Brewery was established in 2005 and produces 14,000 casks of beer a year. Saltaire has won a hat full of awards at CAMRA festivals, but in 2010 a panel of brewers, beer journalists and industry experts tasted 1,400 beers and voted our Saltaire’s speciality beer, Triple Chocoholic, Supreme National Champion! In the same competition their Cascade Pale Ale was voted Champion Premium Bitter.

Saltaire has a reputation for innovative speciality beers but their best selling beer is Saltaire Blonde, which counts for half of the brewery’s production. This ale is a permanent fixture in many pubs in their local area.
