This strong ale imparts rich full flavours that are
suitable for maturation. Stored under cellar conditions, the rich and full flavour will become more complex over an extended period.

Product Description

In 1862, Thomas Cooper unexpectedly entered into a career in brewing. Following a family recipe, Thomas brewed a restorative beverage for his ailing wife. Locals quickly caught on and came to appreciate his brew for more than its medicinal attributes. As demand for his Sparkling Ale and Best Extra Stout grew Thomas established a brewery at Leabrook, South Australia, in 1881.
