myBrewerytap delivers products directly from the brewery (ensuring you have the best quality products).

Upon delivery if any goods are damaged, myBrewerytap requires that the delivery is refused. Please contact the myBrewerytap call centre immediately on 0800 68 99 100 or via email customerservices@myBrewerytap.com. Once goods are accepted for delivery you the customer has accepted that the good are "in good condition".

If you are not in, the delivery will be left at a location without a signature.

Please indicate in the 'delivery instructions' where you would like the delivery to be left.

Goods lost or damages will be replaced free of charge provided the brewery has the item(s) in stock, if the item(s) are out of stock we shall recommend a suitable replacement.

We regret to say that we do not offer delivery on weekends or bank holidays.

Pay & Collect from Brewery

You can place a Pay & Collect order on the website or via the call centre. Pay & Collect orders allows you to collect from the brewery 2 hours after placing the order (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, some breweries open on Saturdays). The brewery should contact you if there are any problems with your order.

Collection details will be posted on the email order confirmation (including the breweries telephone number). Please call the brewery before collecting the order to reconfirm stock availability.

You may decide not to come to the brewery to collect the item within the next day period. In this case you should contact the brewery to inform them when you would like to collect.
