Tasting Notes:

Originating in Persia it was the Moghul cooks of the time who introduced caramelised and roasted onions to set this dish apart.

Dopiazza means ‘double onion’ and the wonderful texture of this curry is in part down to the el dente strips of roasted onion we use, making it a winner!

Medium, spicy with roasted onion providing a unique and delicious flavour.
