Tasting Notes:

“Double Header is a bottle-conditioned beer with a tempting honey colour and an aroma of biscuity malt, spicy hops and pear-drop fruit. There are tart, bitter and peppery hops in the mouth with an underpinning of citrus fruit. The hops continue to dominate in the finish with intense bitterness, but the bitterness is balanced by creamy malt and ripe fruit." Roger Protz, Guardian, November 2003

Product Description

RCH Brewery started in the early 1980's at the Royal Clarence Hotel. The Brewery was purchased by the Davey Family in 1984. In 1993 Graham Dunbavan was employed as a brewer and new beers were developed by him and Paul Davey. Traditionally brewed by RCH outside Weston Super Mare in Somerset. RCH have won more awards than almost any other micro-brewery.
