Green Jack ales are well-known for their “hoppy character”. With locally malted wheat and barley, traditional English cone hops are blended with hops from the New World in generous proportions to give the ales floral and citrus aromas. Green Jack ales are a testament to Tims taste, skills and commitment to individuality and quality. The move to large purpose built brewing premises in Lowestoft is the dawn of a new chapter in the Green Jack success story and we hope that we can continue to increase our national presence as one of the finest real ale breweries in the UK.
