Customers, by providing their personal and account details, give myBrewerytap the right to store their personal and account information to the extent necessary to process orders, improve services and disseminate promotional offers. All information is handled fully in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not disclose your personal information and account details to any third party for any purpose other than is required by law or is necessary to fulfil our obligations under this Agreement. Your details however will be shared with the brewery from which you buy the beer. If you wish to stop receiving email alerts of our promotional offers and newsletters, you may email our customer service department. We will remove you from our list within 30 days.

We will use your data and contact you for purposes of orders and delivery, important changes to the terms and conditions (and newsletters unless you have opted out of promotional mailings). We may also process your data abroad outside the EEA but it will always be subject to confidentiality undertakings and appropriate protection. We may pass your data to anyone who buys our business subject to confidentiality undertakings. We may also store information of those who visited our site through cookies to make sure that when they return to the site they will be transferred to the correct page.
