Return policy
Returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods in any way please contact us immediately on 0800 68 99 100 or via email customerservices@myBrewerytap.com.
All goods must be returned in tact no later than 7 business days from delivery.
Any carriage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
myBrewerytap accepts no responsibility for failure of delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
The following is taken from our Terms and Conditons:
7. On Returns
7.1. If you receive the bottles in a poor condition (e.g. broken bottles or spoiled beers), please inform us. We as agent for the brewery which sold you the beer can either give a refund on the whole purchase or in relation to the damaged bottles only.
7.2. Requests for returns should be made within 30 days after the beers are delivered. To do so, you may call or e-mail our customer service department. You may also write a letter to us using the same mailing address stated above.
7.3. Refunds will be given to the customer within 30 days after the beers have been delivered.
7.4. Customers who wish to return the beers purchased should retain the beers’ original packaging to ensure safe transport.
7.5. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. For further information on such rights speak to your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
7.6. Members of the 52 Week Beer Club will be informed of the status of their orders a week before the beers are shipped. You should cancel before the beers are shipped. If not you will have to pay the return delivery charge.
