Quantock Brewery is a family run micro-brewery based in Somerset. We started brewing in 2008 and our philosophy is to brew high quality beers using only the best natural ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. We use the finest Maris Otter malt from Devon and whole hop cones to produce beers that are full of character and bursting with flavour like beers used to be.
Considering our relatively short lifetime our business is growing rapidly and we are being recognised as a brewery that produces quality beers throughout the trade. Our Sunraker beer won ‘Top Somerset Beer’ at the Camra Festival 2008 in Minehead and was also Runner-Up in the Golden Ales at the South Devon Camra Beer Festival. More recently our bottled Quantock Stout won ‘Champion Bottled Beer of the Southwest’ in 2010 and is being judged for the National Champion in February 2011.
