Tasting Notes:

Light in color but rich in character, Sudwerk Pilsner is brewed with pale two-row malt, and Hallertau and Tettnang hops of the highest caliber. Pale straw in color, malty, with an elegant bitterness and a fragrant hop aroma.

Product Description

Since its inception in 1989, owners Ron Broward and Dean Unger, together with Brewmaster Jay Prahl,, have produced award-winning Lager beers from their state-of-the-art brewery in Davis, CA. Sudwerk beers, including Marzen, Hefeweizen, Pilsner, Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, Maibock, Dopplebock, and others, are distributed to many restaurants and retailers in California and the Western U.S.
