Tasting Notes:

A premium pale ale, brewed using two hops - Saaz, grown in the Czech Rupublic, and HHE, grown in Germany. The malt used in the brew is Maris Otter Low Colour.

Product Description

Company formed in July 2006, brewing commenced in March 2007 using a Dave Porter 6 barrel brew plant. We have three fermenting vessels and two conditioning tanks and a spare 1000 litre hot liquor tank. The brewery is based in a converted farm building on the outskirts of Trusley village.
